- TV, DVD/Blu-Ray player, home entertainment system, pool table, ping pong, piano, board games, binoculars, washer and dryer.
- Badminton, croquet set, 4 kayaks, 3 bikes, barbeque (summer only).

- Summer is generally weekly rental: Friday 4:30pm to Friday 9:30am.
- Spring, Fall, and Winter there is at least a three-night minimum.
- No smoking, pets, fires, parties, events, and guests not on the rental agreement on property, inside or outside.
