2011 Season Rates
Summer (late June, July, August and early September)
During the Summer, we rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday, and the rate for 2011 is $2000/week + a cleaning fee of $200 + a fully refundable security deposit of $500. These rates are NOT subject to additional HST nor Hotel tax.
If there are more than 8 guests, an additional $80/week/person will apply. If your accommodation needs are less (6 people or less), and you do not wish to use the King Suite, the rate is $1800/week + cleaning fee of $200 + a fully refundable security deposit of $500.

Check Out: by 9:30 AM
Spring, Fall and Winter
During the remainder of the year, we require a two night minimum rental. The rate in 2011 is $275/night + a cleaning fee of $150 + a fully refundable security deposit of $500. These rates are NOT subject to additional HST nor Hotel tax. A more lenient cancellation policy will be applied if adverse weather conditions affect your vacation (see below).
If there are more than 8 guests, an additional $10/person/night will apply. If your accommodation needs are less (6 people or less), and you do not wish to use the King Suite, the rate is $250/night + a cleaning fee of $150 + a fully refundable security deposit of $500.
Extended Check In and Check Out times may be arranged for Spring, Fall and Winter.
Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policy
25% deposit (of your rent, cleaning fee and security deposit) is required to confirm your booking.
Payment may be made by personal check or by online email money transfer payable to Maureen McNally.
The remainder of payment is due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.
The security deposit will be returned if the home is left in its original condition.
If cancellation is necessary, the following terms apply:
If cancellation notice is received no later than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, $100 will be retained and the remainder will be refunded.
If cancellation is received 59 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the rent and 100% of the cleaning fee and security deposit will be refunded.
If cancellation is received 29 to 14 days prior to arrival, 25% of the rent and 100% of the cleaning fee and security deposit will be refunded.
If cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival, only the cleaning fee and security deposit will be refunded.
For the comfort of our guests, smoking, pets and fires are not allowed on the property, inside or outside.
All rates are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change.
$100 fee for any bounced/returned checks.
