Introductory First Season Rates

Summer (June, July and August)

Weekly rental only. Sat-Sat., $1800/week + cleaning fee of $150, plus a fully refundable security deposit of $500. All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. These rates are not subject to additional GST nor Hotel tax.

Check Out: 10:00 AM
(These times are adjusted to fit the ferry schedule.)

If there are more than 10 guests (maximum 12), an additional $50/week/person will apply. If your accommodation needs are less (6 people or less), and you do not wish to use the King Suite, the rate is $1600/week.

Spring and Fall (Easter/Spring Break Week, May and September)

Two night minimum. $250/night, + cleaning fee of $ $150, plus a fully refundable security deposit of $500.

Check In and Check Out times can be individually arranged.

Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policy

25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Payment may be made by personal check.
The remainder of payment (including a separate security deposit check) is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The security deposit will be returned if the home is left in it's original condition.

If cancellation is necessary, the following terms apply:
If cancellation notice is received no later than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% will be refunded.
If cancellation is received 29 to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% will be refunded.
If cancellation is received 13 to 7 days prior to arrival, 25% will be refunded.
If cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to arrival, nothing will be refunded.

Please note: Prior arrangements may be made in regard to the cleaning fee and the check-out time. The security deposit of $500 and the $150 cleaning fees are still required. But If prior arrangements are made, the house is left in the same condition as when you arrived, i.e. tidy and ready for the next quests with sheets, towels, dishes, bathrooms, floors, refrigerator, kitchen all clean and set/made up, then the full security deposit as well as the full cleaning fee will be refunded within three weeks. Check-out time will be adjusted to 3:00 PM if prior arrangement has been made to complete your own cleaning. Since there is no landfill or regular garbage collection on Saturna, we ask that you take your garbage with you or make arrangements with us, in advance, for garbage disposal at a fee per bag.
